Where does OUR food
come from?


We love food - it’s why we do what we do - and love it even more because our suppliers are local.

We are proud to say that around 80% of our food is from local, artisan suppliers based in the UK. We are mindful of Brexit and our suppliers have presented us with their strategies to be as prepared as possible to deal with the potential ramifications

Our food map shows where some of our food is procured. We have a team of experts that are constantly in touch with our suppliers throughout the year to ensure we get the best value and the best products.

Our poultry is from a variety of farms in either Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex. The majority of our fish is either from Scotland or Brixham. In some instances we will need to go to further seas, depending on the season, in which case we get our fish from Norway.

We own a sushi restaurant, Feng Sushi, so we are very particular about the quality of our fish, particularly for our sushi. Our fish is freshly cut at our production kitchen in Hayes and delivered fresh to you every day.

The dairy goods we procure are from farms across Kent & Essex and all of our fruit and vegetables come from a co-operative of farms across Kent.

We are passionate about delivering the quality of food and this means that we are not the cheapest in terms of price but the quality of our food speaks for itself.
